Our high-durometer photopolymer embossing plates create sharp and clear images and work just like metal embossing dies but at significantly less cost and with a quicker turnaround time. And because embossing plates are used on a die station, substrates are deformed after your inks are laid down. This is great news for any pressman because printing on rough materials can be challenging. Using embossing plates you can have the final effect of rough paper without actually having to print on rough paper.

Our precision manufactured digitally-imaged male and female plates can be applied directly to dieblanks on any rotary press to obtain an embossed or debossed effect on virtually any substrate. Because they are digitally-imaged, they can be manufactured in a matter of hours and, in most cases, can be shipped overnight and on your press in the morning. The use of standard dieblanks allows them to be used for multiple projects, eliminating the need for specialized engraved rollers. Because they are so cost effective, they make one-pass embossed short-runs profitable.
